Kalpakkam is situated about 70kms. south of Chennai. It takes about 3 hours to reach Kalpakkam by State Transport Bus and about 2 hours by Taxi, approximately. Chennai has an airport terminal at Meenambakkam. All north bound trains are terminated at Chennai Central Railway Station and south bound trains at Egmore Railway Station.
